When you ask us for matches, we collect your contact details — name, phone and email — to send your matches and have our team follow up.

Health information about the person who needs care is collected only with your separate consent, and shared with the homes we match so they can confirm they can look after them.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, using the phone number or email below.
